• The shorter the lengths the tighter the coils.
• Blends great with natural hair and all hair type.
• Easy to care and safe to wash.
• Easy to install.
• Can be straighten and curled as desired
• Can be bleached and colored as desired (Please consult with a professional)
• Natural black drawstring and stainless steel clips similar color with the hair.
• The ponytail is fitted with 1 drawstring and 2 clips

The life span of our wig is up to 1 year with proper care. Hair care is your responsibility, we have some hair care and maintenance tips on how you can care for your wig on our website as well as hair care cards that will be included in your packaging.

Construction of your puff or ponytails starts 24 business hours after the order is placed. No changes can be made after this time.

Please allow 5-7 business days to create your puff or ponies.( If travelling or have a specific time frame that you will need the item by, please purchase at your own discretion.) Do not order a custom-made puff or ponytail if you are not willing to wait with in the shipping/delivery and processing time. HOW TO INSTALL A DRAWSTRING PONYTAIL:

Step 1: Gather Your Hair into a high or low ponytail. Braid or twist the ends of your natural hair and form it into a mini bun style. Secure with a rubber and a Bobby pin.

Step 2: Attach the ponytail Clips on the top and bottom of your mini bun.

Step 3: Pull the drawstring down to the right level to comfortable fit with your hair, while avoiding loosening or straining.

Step 4：After adjusting the ponytail, take a small section of the hair on the ponytail and wrap it around the ponytail, then secure with a Bobby pin.
