FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
1. HOW MUCH HAIR DO I NEED?
Our bundles are around 95-100 g each. A full sew-in weave with our virgin hair, would need approximately need 2-4 bundles. We ONLY recommend buying 2 bundles when a frontal is being used or with lengths 12-16" inches. We recommend 3-4 bundles for our more silkier textures such as Silky Straight and Body wave. *TIP* purchase 3 of the same length for a more fuller look. (EX: 20", 20", 20".) Keep in mind the longer the hair the smaller the weft!
2. CAN I COLOR MY HAIR?
This is 100% virgin human hair that has not been processed & is not processed in anyway. You can color the hair, however once Virgin hair is treated in any way, it is no longer virgin. Be sure to keep color treated hair conditioned and moisturized.
3. HOW LONG DOES THIS HAIR LAST?
This hair can last for a long time, with proper care! Even for reuse! Our customers generally use their hair for 8 to 12 months. However virgin hair extensions and wigs (custom or pre-made) can last 1 - 3 years with proper maintenance.
4. CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?
Once processing has begun, no. Please read the processing time for wigs. Due to Covid we have extended our processing times for wigs( Please see our COVID-19 Page for more information). All hair extensions (bundles, frontals, closures) have a processing time of 7 business days).
5. WHAT IF THE WIG DOES NOT FIT MY HEAD?
If there is a mistake on our end, or the unit does not fit – you must return the product within 3 days of receipt or email us proof of return shipment tracking information within that time frame. We reserve the right to refuse units sent back to us after the 3 day period. Once the lace is cut on the unit there is no returning, resizing or exchanging. We will only accept units which are unworn and unaltered in any way.
6. DO YOU BLEACH AND PLUCK THE KNOTS ON FRONTALS AND CLOSURES FOR CUSTOM MADE AND PREMADE WIGS? Yes, we minimally bleach and pluck the frontals and closures on custom made and premade wigs. We do this as carefully as possible to avoid over-bleaching and over-plucking and also weakening the knots on the lace.
7. DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Our business is located in the British Virgin Islands, and we offer domestic shipping (within the BVI). We offer international shipping and use FEDEX (USA AND CANADA) and ( EUROPE) and DHL ( for CENTRAL AMERICA/ CARIBBEAN REGION) for guaranteed delivery.
