Refund and Exchanges


We advise that before wearing/installing your new hair extensions or wigs, that you thoroughly inspect the product  to ensure that the correct length, texture and quality are as desired. We encourage you fully read our hair care tips and product recommendations enclosed in your package.

 

HAIR EXTENSIONS:

Due to the nature of Bliss By ARIA products there are no refunds or exchanges – NO EXCEPTIONS.

In cases where we sent you an incorrect order, then you will be refunded once the hair is returned to us. 

CUSTOM LACE WIGS:


If you wish to cancel a custom order you must do so via email within (2) business days. Once a CUSTOM WIG, is in the process of being made and you cancel your order after (2) business days, Please note that we will deduct 25% of the order amount not including the shipping fee.

If you wish to cancel your order because you find the processing time is too long (please read our processing times listed in each wig description ) please note that we will deduct 30% of the order amount from the total.

If there is a mistake on our end (i.e sent an incorrect order) , you must return the product within 15 days of receipt. We reserve the right to refuse units sent back to us after the 15 day period. We do not accept returns if the unit doesn’t fit properly (please see our head measurement guide), however the wig can be reconstructed at a few. Once the lace is cut on the unit there is no returning, resizing or exchanging. We will only accept units which are unworn and unaltered in any way.

PREMADE WIGS:
