Refund and Exchanges

We advise that before wearing/installing your new hair extensions or wigs, that you thoroughly inspect the product  to ensure that the correct length, texture and quality are as desired. We encourage you fully read our hair care tips and product recommendations enclosed in your package.

HAIR EXTENSIONS:

Due to the nature of Bliss By ARIA products there are no refunds or exchanges – NO EXCEPTIONS

 

CUSTOM LACE WIGS:

If there is a mistake on our end, or the unit does not fit – you must return the product within 3 days of receipt. We reserve the right to refuse units sent back to us after the 3 day period. Once the lace is cut on the unit there is no returning, resizing or exchanging. We will only accept units which are unworn and unaltered in any way.

PREMADE WIGS:
